In the 2015 Indiana Manufacturing Survey: Back to Uncertainty, it was clear that the post-recession bounce had cooled … and so had manufacturing sentiment. The 2016 Indiana Manufacturing Survey results appear to show that regulatory burdens and the shortage of skilled workers continue to be top concerns for Hoosier manufacturers.

How will these concerns affect industry decision-making going forward, and what does this mean for the state of Indiana manufacturing overall? Find out Oct. 19, 2016, when the final results of the survey will be released at the inaugural Indiana Manufacturers Hall of Fame Induction Luncheon, hosted by the Indiana Manufacturers Association and presented by Katz, Sapper & Miller.

In addition to presenting the final findings of the 2016 Indiana Manufacturing Survey, the luncheon will celebrate the positive achievements of long-time Indiana manufacturing companies by inducting them into the Indiana Manufacturers Hall of Fame. Former Indiana governor and current Purdue University president, Mitch Daniels, will deliver the keynote address.
