Beth Scott is a partner at Katz, Sapper & Miller and co-leader of the firm’s Veterinary Services Group. Beth works with clients to provide strategic and actionable solutions to their complex business challenges.
As a member of the Veterinary Services Group, Beth provides hospitals with benchmark and profit-enhancement consulting to help increase their profits as well as the values of their practices. In addition to the day-to-day management of one of the largest national veterinary benchmarking databases, Beth actively participates in speaking engagements and industry membership groups across the U.S.
Beth was instrumental in working with the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) and Veterinary Management Groups (VMG) to combine their chart of accounts that was subsequently released and accepted as the veterinary industry’s standardized chart of accounts.
Beth graduated with high distinction and honors from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business – Indianapolis, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance.
Beth is a member of the American Institute of CPAs. She is also a member of OneZone, Veterinary Hospital Managers Association, and Vet Partners. She has previously served as a committee member of OneZone’s Young Professionals Group, treasurer of the Carmel United Soccer Club, treasurer of the Westfield Youth Soccer Association, treasurer of Rotary Community Corps, and served on the Veterinary Procedural Terminology Council (VPTC) for the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA).
