Ambassador Program

Everyone new to the firm participates in the KSM Ambassador Program. KSM’s Ambassador Program is designed to create involvement and interaction between interns and/or new staff and the firm’s existing personnel and clients. During your first few months with KSM, your ambassador will be available to answer your questions, address concerns, and show you the internal operations of the firm. Your ambassador will likely have a similar educational, professional, and/or personal background as yours to help facilitate an immediate connection.
