Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Not-for-Profit Services Group and the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne will host “Do Your Policies and Procedures Make the Grade?” Sept. 18 in Fort Wayne, IN.

While there is no one-size-fits-all approach to governance, there are certain policies and procedures that nonprofits should have in place – and not just because the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) inquires about it, but because they prevent abuses, help deal with conflict, and show that your organization is trustworthy.

This interactive workshop will review what policies are needed and best practices for implementing them. A variety of policies will be discussed during this session, including:
