Katz, Sapper & Miller's Andy Manchir and Rob Hilton, directors in the firm's ESOP and Valuation Services Groups and active members in the ESOP community, will present sessions at the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) 2018 Employee Ownership Conference. The conference, taking place April 18-20 at the Marriott Marquis in Atlanta, GA, will provide attendees the opportunity to learn about a variety of topics such as employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), compensation and benefits, communications and culture, and leadership and governance issues.

Hilton will co-present the session “ESOP Companies: Nonqualified Deferred Compensation for Key Employees” on April 18, focusing on nonqualified deferred compensation for executives, delving into 409A-compliant, and 409A-exempt designs. This session will offer comments from legal, fiduciary, and valuation perspectives.
