Location: Minneapolis Convention Center
1301 2nd Ave. S.
Minneapolis, MN 55403
Format:Presenter and Sponsor

The National Center for Employee Ownership’s (NCEO’s) annual Employee Ownership Conference provides attendees the opportunity to learn about a variety of topics such as employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), compensation and benefits, communications and culture, and leadership and governance issues. Whether a veteran or newcomer to the world of employee ownership, this conference offers valuable insights and information at a variety of levels, covering both technical and non-technical topics.

Andy Manchir, a director in Katz, Sapper & Miller’s ESOP and Valuation Services
Group, will co-present a workshop geared toward internal trustees. This workshop goes beyond the basics of ESOPs to explore what is required of plan fiduciaries for the annual operation of a company’s ESOP.

Rob Hilton, also a director in KSM’s ESOP and Valuation Services Group, will co-present the session “How to Manage Repurchase Obligations for Long-Term Success,” focusing on how early decisions regarding a plan’s design, repurchase methods and fund strategy can impact a company’s future ability to manage the ESOP. The session will discuss the effect of early decisions on repurchase obligations and participant benefit levels.

KSM's is an event sponsor.
