Terry O’Neil, partner-in-charge of Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Veterinary Services Group, will speak at Veterinary Study Groups’ (VSG) 2017 Congress, “Embracing and Leading Change.” Taking place Feb. 16-19 in Orlando, FL, this conference will bring together veterinarians and industry professionals to discuss a variety of topics ranging from diagnostics to client experience.
As VSG’s data reporting partner, KSM manages the compilation and analysis of financial data from veterinary hospitals across the country. In his session, O’Neil will review national practice statistics and will share his insights on the most-profitable veterinary hospitals and trends that lead to profitability. He will also discuss how a hospital can benchmark its financial performance and interpret its own numbers to make analytics-based decisions and to measure results.
O’Neil’s session will also review the latest veterinary issues and trends, including generational matters, online and low-cost competition, and corporate consolidation.
This exclusive conference, held every two years, brings together VSG members and industry professionals for educational discussion and networking. Additional presentations will cover the economic state of the veterinary industry, leading change, meeting facilitation and more.
