The ESOP Association’s Technical Conference and Trade Show is the largest ESOP gathering in the world. Attendees are mid- to upper-level managers of ESOP companies, with ESOP professionals making up the second largest group of attendees, and a significant number of CEOs from smaller ESOP companies in attendance as well.

A panel of experts will participate in an informative discussion entitled, “We Are Not That Young Anymore.” The session will focus on topics faced by many mature ESOPs, including strategies to make sure new employees receive shares in the ESOP, the difference between recycling and redeeming shares, and the impact of each on participants’ balances and company value. Rebalancing, early diversification, re-leveraging, and plan termination will be discussed. Andy Manchir of KSM’s Valuation & ESOP Services Group is one of the featured panelists.
