Katie Culp, president of KSM Location Advisors, part of the Katz, Sapper & Miller Network, will serve as a panelist at Urban Land Institute (ULI) Indiana's, “Real Estate Trends in Central Indiana: Great Place to Live, Great Place to Invest." Now in it's ninth year, this annual event reviews top trends in real estate for the coming year.

Culp will serve on the panel titled, “Where We Work – Challenges and opportunities in our workforce and the office and industrial sectors.” As the former leader of Cassidy Turley’s (now Cushman & Wakefield) national location advisory and incentives practice, Katie has substantial insight into what makes any state worthy of investment, including the dynamics of its workforce.

Taking place Monday, Nov. 21, at the Columbia Club in downtown Indianapolis, the program will feature a keynote address by Mitch Roschelle, followed by panel presentations with industry thought leaders who will provide in-depth discussions around making Indiana a great place to live and invest.
